A good place to start is with the most popular databases on the site: "Investigations of Aircraft Accidents 1934 - 1965" and "Investigations of Railroad Accidents 1911 - 1993". In both databases, you can browse by year or search. For example, if you're interested in railroad accidents that happened near your home, you can search by location. You can combine search fields to include date ranges and the full text of all reports. When you find a document you're interested in, you can read the full text, browse relevant metadata, download, and print documents.
